Universal Studios Trip

Last Saturday, I went to Universal Studios. It was so fun!!!

In this year, I went to Universal Studio Japan . But I thought Universal Studios Hollywood was better than Universal Studio Japan .

I ride and watch many attractions. BACKDRAFT, STUDIO TOUR, SHREK 4D, WATER WORLD, TERMINATOR 2:30, HOUSE OF HORRORS, the Simpsons RIDE, MUMMY the ride and JURASSIC PARK the ride!!! I’m crazy about MUMMY and JURASSIC PARK !! If you go there, you have to ride both.

If I can go one more time, I want to ride MUMMY and JURASSIC PARK again!!!

Getting Chinese Groceries

I went to RANCH MARKET, which is a Chinese supermarket on CHINO HILLS, last Saturday. It took me 30-minutes from Riverside to the market.
When I went to this market, I bought a lot of Chinese food, because most of the supermarkets in USA don’t sell Chinese food.
And also I eat sandwiches, hot dogs, french fries and hamburgers everyday that is too boring for me, so I miss the food from my country very much.
I bought dumplings, fish ball, oyster thin noodles, sticky rice ball, steamed buns and instant noodles, that I can’t buy everyday.
Before came to USA,I have never cooked in Taiwan. But now I have to cook by myself.
Even though the Chinese food I bought in the market tastes different from Taiwan, I was so happy.

Universal Studios

Last week I went to the Universal Studio.That's a funny day you know? I think you know becasue many guys have ben there~..Nhu~

The only thing I want to say is.....It's exciting!!!!..It's a jok~Nhu Nhu..That's not the only thing..Ok..To tell you the truth, normally,people go to the Universal studio with their friends, the same as the Disniland trip. But this time I went there lonely, but luckily, I find Sophie and her friends then we played together for a whole day. It's funny, it's unforgettable.

Anyway, Universal Studio show the science technology for me. It's amazing!!
That's cool! I love this game!

Going to L.A. with Friends

I went to Los Angeles, Universal Studio each Friday and Saturday. First, I tell about Los-Angeles. I want to something special. But, there is nothing just stores. Guide said to me: “You want buy something?” I answer: “No, I don’t want shopping” Thereupon a guide said to me again: I’m sorry if you don’t want shopping you can’t anything.” So, I took a picture with my friends.

In addition, we went to in several various places by walk. I can’t recommend to another friend, never. However, I don’t forget “Beverley Hills” There are live many rich person. I want to live here too. And secondly, I went to Universal Studio last Saturday. Universal Studio has lots of fun. Like Mummy, House of Horrors, etc.

Rock, and me, another my friend we together for a day. I have enough time talk to Rock. When I go back home I miss Universal Studio.

My Last Weekend

Now I want to tell you about my last holiday.

At Saturday I was in Universal Studios. As for mi, it was fantastic. I saw a lot of 3D shows for example: Shrek, Terminator, Simpsons. There were some shops where I could buy souvenirs. I think the most interesting show was Water World show it was so exciting.

At Sunday I went to the Long Beach and aquarium of the Pacific. It was cool, because the weather was so hot and the ocean was worm. That is all about my holidays

My Summer Experience

So, those 4 weeks at Ucr are ending, this week is the last one, and after that each one have a different plans. Someone here are going to back home, other will stay here in US to take a class at level 400, anyway, each one have a plans doesn't matter which plans is.

But what i want to say is that those 4 weeks was wordwefull. Met each other and learn a little be about each culture for me was a amazing experience I don't know if my next class will be with the same teacher but i just want to say for each teacher is thanks for everything my English impruved a lot. So, Again I don't know what each one will do in your futures but GOOD LUCK I wish the best for you.

Song Kran Day

The weather is very hot in Riverside. It's make me thinking of Thailand New Year or "Song Kran Day". Song Kran Day is a tradition new year. Someone called "Water Festival". Song Kran day is on 13th - 15th April every year. It's in Summer that Thai people love Song Kran day.

Everyone play water by bucket, water gun or rubber tube. Especially in Bangkok almost people play water and some one play all day all night. I enjoy playing water with my friends every year. Everyone get wet and we're very happy. That's a good opportunity to makes relationship within family or friends.

Many tourist come to Thailand in Song Kran day. They're love it. I think everyone must try and visit "Song Kran Festival" in Thailand.

What a Grand Experience!

I'm enjoying my time in Riverside, but unfortunately when the time is finished I will have to go back in my country. I'm happy because I will see my parents and friends, also I have to go back to university.

If I came one month ago to Riverside I couldn't speak English very well. I was too scared to speak English. I was afraid of making mistakes, but now I can speak more and I'm not afraid any more. Certainly it was so good and helpful experience for me. I met here people from other countries and got new knowledges about other cultures.

I went in different places in California: San Diego, Los Angeles, Disneyland, Universal Studios and in different beaches. Also I went in Las Vegas and Grand Ganyon. I love Californian beaches, these are so beautiful. My favourite beach in California is Newport Beach, I love it. Ten years ago I went with my parents in Florida. There was also nice, but now when I'm here in California, I like here more.

Finally I have so good time here and surely I want to came back in California in future. It was nice to meet all of you. I'm glad if someone wants to continue communicating with me in MSN:) (hannele_16@hotmail.com)

Dodgers against Philadelphia Phillies

On August 12th I with my roommate and her classmates went to LA town to see the baseball game that about Dodgers V.S. Philadelphia Phillies.

My roommate and I were very exciting about watching the baseball game in LA.

First, that was our first time that watched the baseball game in USA. Second, there is a famous player in Taiwan that plays in Dodgers now. The major reason was we wanted to do something after the class. Because everyday after the class, we just stayed in our dorm, and used the computer, watched TV, etc.

Actually, that was a very wonderful game. I had a very good experience, and that my friends in Taiwan all envied me very much.

About My Saturday

I met my Korean friend last Saturday. He came here one and half year ago. He lived in San Diego . I didn’t see him for one year. We were best friends in Korea . He came in Riverside to meet me. When I saw him, I was very happy. And then I ran to him and we hugged each other.

We went to the Griffith Park of Los Angeles . We could see a night view of LA. It was very beautiful and very good. When you visit to LA, you need to go to Griffith Park . If you have a girl friend or boy friend, you must go there! It will be big chance to you!!

When we finished sightseeing Griffith Park , we went to the Korea restaurant. There are many Korea restaurants in LA. I felt that I was in Korea . And we ate meat and Korea alcohol that is called “SO-JU”. We had a lot of talk times. We talk about many things.

My Weekend

This weekend, I went to a camp. Member was my host family, Chinese, Korean, Brazilian and Indonesian. There were many different country peoples. I went hiking, sailing and swimming. I went swimming with two dogs. Two dogs could go swimming very well. I went sailing first time. I was very exciting. Then, I rode a lift. Mountain was very high. I was afraid of high mountain. There were many good expriences. I like a camp.

A Trip to Universal Studios

I went to Universal-Studio-Hollywood with many friends. I arrived at USH and soon I took pictures with friends in front of entrance. First I played M(Hamunaoutora). That attraction is very fast speed, so I actually feared to play. But once I played that I became to like that.Second I took Jurassic Park. That was too exciting. But that attraction makes us too wet. So after I took that, I was very cold. But I think that there were all fun. I,m thinking that I want to go USH again.

A San Diego Trip

In today, I went the San Diego with my friends. Today was my second times to visit San Diego.

At first time, I went the mission bay beach. So today we went mission bay and downtown not beach. San Diego is 1 and half hours from Riverside.

On mission bay, we took so many pictures and took a rest. Mission bay is beautiful. Although that place is sea, that don’t have waves. We take a rest under the tree. In the shade, we slept about 30 minutes. After slept, we went downtown of San Diego. Downtown of San Diego is the most beautiful place in my experience. There have many stylish buildings, beautiful restaurants and shops. Also we took many pictures.

Even though, I was tired cause of drove about 4 hours, today was very interesting time.

My Enjoying Weekend

I went to Huntington Beach with my 4 friends and an attendant, last weekend. I stayed there about 6 hours. I swam in the sea, but waves are so high. I almost drown at the beach and I could not swim far. And I was barn my back. It is hart. My friend, who is a boy, dragged me to the sea. I was swallowed too much water. He was laughing when I came out from the sea. It was not good happen, but I really enjoyed going to the beach!! And the way to home, we went to jamba juice, then I drank a very tasty smoothie. I was so happy and enjoying the weekend :D

Memorable Weekend

In last weekend I went with my friend in Las Vegas. In Friday after school we rented a car and drove to Las Vegas. Drive was so long and we got to Las Vegas in the evening. First impression was inspiring- buildings, lights- it was amazing. But there was so heat and very many people in the streets and in bars. In first evening we were so tiring and we looked a little around and then we went to the hotel.

In next day we went in Grand Ganyon. Drive was very long, but it was interesting because we drove in mountins and nature was alternate. When we arrived to Willson (near Grand Ganyon- 60 miles) it was raining a lot and there was thunder. It was so unexpected for us and we thought go back to Las vegas. But then we decided drove move on because we had come so far. When we arrived to Grand Ganyon was weather awful, it was raining a lot and was so misty. In spite of rain and mist we saw Grand Ganyon and it was amazing and mighty. In the evening we went back to Las Vegas. There we walked in the streets and sat in bars. We went also in casino, but I didn't played. On Sunday evening we came back to Riverside.

I like Las Vegas so much and definitely I want to go back there in the future. Las Vegas is splendid entertainment city.

I love both of them

I love dogs and I've a dog. His name is "SHIRO". He's white and very intelligent. He really likes to travel with me. I always ride my bicycle and put him behind the bicycle rider.

Actually, I really love dogs. I don't like cats because when I was young a cat had ever bite and scratch me.

After I came to US I live with American family. They've 2 cats. "Bella" and "Roxy" are fat cats.

First time, I'm very scary and suspicious of them. They usually come to my bedroom and jump to my bed then walk around the bed and walk on me. They like me to touch them. I tried to walk away from them. Momentarity, they're follow me and fall down. I know that they want me to touch and huddle. They're pretty good.

I'm unbeleivable my self. I changed my mind I love cat but I still love dog too specially my dog's "SHIRO".

The ancient people is wise. Diviner learn the accumulation of ancient knowledge. I heard that some people can predict the weather by looking at the sky. Most of diviner predict depend on birthday. However, the regulation of predict is according to statistics.

People want to know that what will happen in the future, such as marriage, jobs, children.
Fortune is interesting, however it is so scary to know too much in the future.

Surfing

If all coutry had a beach the surf would be the most popular sport in the world. That is not because just of the surfing also is because when you surfing you can see things only in the ocean you have that opportunity. For exemple: every sunday I go to surfing in hutington beach and always i surf close of the dolphins that is amazing.

But there are meny reason to the surfing to be the next most popular sport in the world. When you surf you enjoy all your day because after you surf, you can hang out with your friends, you can look much tings at ocean, you can be relex. That is just some reason to like surfing. If you never tried to surfing my suggestion is try just one time you never will forget.

I love Disney. I love to go to Disney land, which is my favorite place. My family loves Disney, too. Disney makes my family so happy!! I go to Disney land so many times since I was born. My family took me Tokyo Disney land so often.

When I was a middle school student, I had one of dreams that were I want to go to Disney land in America. My dream was come true. Last year, I went to Disney land in California. It was my first time in America, too. And last Sunday, I went to Disney California Adventure Park. I really enjoyed visiting there. Sometime I want to take my family to Disney land in California, and I want to go to Disney world in Florida with my family.

Disney California Adventure Park

Last weekend, I went to Disney California Adventure Park by UCR's optional trip. It was my first time go there! First of all, I ride many kind of attractions. For example Tower of Terror, Screamin(high speed coaster) and Grizzly River Run(white-water raft adventure) etc. It was so exciting!!!! Second, we had a lunch at hamburger shop. I ordered hamburger set, but it was filling hamburger for me. Then, I went shopping with my friend. I bought a ring and tumbler, but I forgot I didn't buy something to home!! Oh, my Got!!! Finally, we leave there about at 8:45P.M. In the bus, I was talking with my friend untill arrive at UCR. The Disney California Adventure Park was amazing!! I had a very very good time there!!!

Disneyland

On August 8, I joined in school optional trip and I went to Disneyland. First I played Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. That was very fun. Thereafter I played Splash Mountain, Indiana Jones Adventure, Toy Stoiry and Space Mountain.These attraction were also very exciting. At night,I watched MICKEY,S show.It was fantastic and I was able to look firework. Now,I,m thinking that I want to go Disneyland again.

Dreams

English is difficult to learn. I can’t forget on that day. He seemed surprised by my ignorance about English. But I can’t tell anything to him. When I though at that time.

I felt gloomy and disgraceful even to this time. Anyway… I don’t know what I should do in order to learn English very well. I know that an idle man never succeeds in anything. So, I try to learn English again and again. My aim in life is to become a government official in tax field. That depend upon how I do it. If I work hard, I will succeed. I don’t give up. Weekend Plans

This weekend, I go to camp with my host family. I am exciting now. I go to a mountain. I will go hiking, conoe and swimming. There are many outdoors. My host father likes the outdoors very much. Last weekend, I went to the beach with my host family. There was the cliff in the beach. My host father climbed the cliff. My host mother, my roommate and I climbed together. It was very dangerous. I hate a high space. The beach was very beautiful. I could not swim. Beacause I did not have a swimwear. I want to go to the beach again.

No Underpants

When Tom's alarm clock went off, he got up, took a shower, had his breakfast and headed to work. When he got to work, however things started to go crazy.

He noticed that he didn't wear underpants. "Oh my god!!" He shouted with very loud voice. His colleagues were surprised to hear his voice. They asked him, "What's happened!?"

"Ah...it...no...," he couldn't decide he should say he doesn't wear underpants, or not. He was thinking a lot. He said, "No...just...can I go shopping? I have some travel plans. So... I want to buy some clothes." "NO!! You don't have time to buy anything you want. You have a lot of things which you must do." His colleague said. So he had to spend all day without underpants.

At lunch time, he was eating lunch with his colleagues. One of them spilled coffee on Tom's pants. His colleague said, "You should take off your pants!!" So he took a Tom's pants off, and he shout! At once he hurried into his pants and run out from his office.

Early to Bed, Early to Rise

It was Monday morning. Tom's alarm clock wake him up at 7 o'clock, but he was so sleepy and he couldn't wake up. He went last night to the party and came home at night. Therefore he was sleepy, but this happened very often.

Finally he got up at 8 o'clock because his friend called him. Tom had to go to work for 8.30 am. He couldn't take a shower and ate his breakfest because he had to go quickly to work. Tom went outside and took his car, but it didn't start, it was broken. At last he ride with bus to work.

He got to work at 9.30 am. He was late again to work and his boss was so angry. Then he broke the computer and lost important contracts. Boss was more angry and fired him.

Tom was so sad and went to the bar. There he drunk so much and then he went home. He was so depressed and drunk every day.

One month later he got very good work offer. Tom's new job in other company is very good for Tom. There he met with fabolous women and he fell in love. In next summer Tom will get married with his girlfriend. He is so happy about his job and now his life is much better. He doesn't drink anymore and wakes up earlier in every morning.

Don't Forget Your Money!

Before getting into the taxi, Mary didn’t check her purse. When she reached her office, she noticed she didn’t have any money in her purse!!

Mary said to taxi driver: “Can you wait for me just a few minutes? I don’t have money. I will ask to somebody if then after come back here.” After that, she went to her office. She started to find out somebody. “Is anybody here?” again and again. After a few minutes somebody said; “yes, I’m here.”, so Mary felt better and asked for him. “Can you borrow some money?” because I forgot my wallet in my house and now I need pay for the taxi!” He said: “Oh! God! I got here right now and I forgot carry my wallet, too! So, we have the same problem, I’m sorry. I can’t help you. You could ask our boss “.

Then, she went to meet her boss and finally. She borrowed money from her boss. Her boss hoped that Mary will not forget to carry the money next time.

Lucky Tom

When Tom’s alarm clock went off, he got up, took a shower, had a breakfast and headed to work. When he got to work, however, things started to go crazy.

Tom works in a company with a lot of people. He needs to get up at 6:30 and his job finished at 8:30. He works in this company about 10 years but his boss didn’t promote him, because Tom always goes to office late. He is very tired to work in his company.

Finally, one day Tom took the keyboard and hit his boss. Boss was very angry. Tom quit his job.

After this accident, he started to fine a new job. He tired to find a job because in the interview’s day he went to office late, this is a big reason, that make he has no job.

He walked on the street. He didn’t know what can he do because he can’t do anything. He just could go home.

But one day, he decided to go to Las Vegas to relax and to win a lot of money. When he arrived he went to Golden Naggets casino. He played poker and won a competition. He had 3 millions so Tom was very happy. He went to the hotel and saw his money. He thought his life will be happy and comfortably forever.

LOS ANGELES

I went to Los Angeles with my friends on Aug 8th. I took Metro Link. It takes long time from Riverside to Los Angeles. I enjoyeg shopping. I like Abercrombie & Fitch, so I bought many clothes in the shop.

After go back home, I slept very well. Because I was very tired.

Laguna Beach

Last week, I went to Laguna beach with my friends. We went to the beach by 3 cars because we had 11 peoples, who come from Taiwan, China, Korea and Thailand.

We left from UCR Extension at 9.30 am. and arrived to Laguna beach about 10.30 am.

This is my first time to go to the beach in USA. I felt very excited. Laguna beach is very beautiful, there has many shop and restuarants. The people are very crowded. I bought postcard and send it to my family in Thailand.

The weather is very hot, I took many sunblock on my face and body every hour. When my feet touch the sand, it's very terrible for me. Actually, I love to take a photo but the sunlight is very hot, I took just 3-4 picture and then I and my friends ran to play in the sea water.

Although, the weather is very hot but it's a good day. I'm happy with my new friends in USA. We're exchanged culture between Thailand, Taiwan, China, Korea. I impress in a relation with my friends.

My Music Life

I love music so much. Now I will talk about my playing music life. I started to play music when I was 3 years old. I went to private music school, and I learned how to play music and play the piano. I did not like to play the piano because it is too difficult to play for me. But I could not to stop going there. When I turned to 4th grade, I move to my grand parents’ house. At the same time, I finished to go to the private music school. Then I started to belong the music club in elementary school. I played the accordion in the club. I really enjoyed playing it.

After I got in junior high, I joined the brass band club and play the tuba. Our club had about 60 people, and we played music every after school and summer & winter vacation. When I was in America, that I was an 11th grade in high school student, I attended symphonic band class. I played the tube a year. And now, I play the clarinet in the JIU brass band club. I just play it about 3 months, but I really like to play it!! So my almost whole life is made by music!!!!!

Last weekend

In last weekend we rented a car with my friend. We went in Newport Beach, there we took a sun and swam. Later we drow around in Newport. Newport is very beautiful city and beach is the best where I have been in California. On Saturday we went to Malibu beach and Santa Monica. There we saw many surfars. In the evening we went Santa Barbara. I hoped that city is much better and bigger. We looked around there and then we came back to Riverside. On Sunday we went Laguna Beach. This beach was nice but there was too much algaes. I spend almost all of my weekend in beaches. In this weekend we go to Las Vegas but I will tell you how there was in the next week.

Why My Homework Is Late

I postponed doing my homework.

First of all, I don’t like doing my homework, because it’s very boring and difficult for me. Aren’t you? So sometimes I cheated homework of others when I was young.

In addition, I have a lot of homework everyday. It’s very enough amount for me to do. It’s a lot of homework that writing, grammar, oral skill, and so on.

Finally I like to play soccer, to watch soccer program. So I spend a lot of time to watch television. In result I often postponed doing my homework.

But in these days I make every effort to do my homework, because English is very important for me.

Carnival

Have you ever been to a big festival where everybor can be whatever they want to and even walk nude on the streets? Well, in Brazil this festival happens annually and everybody over there knows how it work.

During our childhood in Brazil the kids used to go to carnival parties, but the small ones, the innocent carnival parties where kids can go dance and to use hilarious costumes. Then when the kids grow up they start to go to the real parties or they stop to go because it turned out in a kind of party that they are not used to, it depends of each one.

The carnival is a party with many faces, with blocks that make everything more colorful, with Rio de Janeiro more beautiful then never, and with a social side that makes sense. In our coutry.

She is from a small island in Taiwan, is very cute,is very kind,she is 26 years old. She likes tropical fruit like banana, mango, watermelon and pineapple etc. She likes to surf the internet. So she enjoys surfing the internet in her free time.

Her major is statistics.Her parents don't influence her academic area of interest. She came to UCR Extension because her friend recommended it. She doesn't plan to study at a university (at any level) in an English speaking country in the future.

Before she came here she had an image of Riverside.She thought it is very hot.

My Friend's Birthday

Today, I had a good time in lunch time. Because we had a birthday party. She became 21 years old today, and she had senior at the same university, so this party's participator are only JIU students. I ate a pice of cake and cookies. I like cake very much, so I think I can eat a lot, but that cake was so sweet. It was different sweetness in Japan, so I could not eat a all. But I like cookies very much. It was so good-tasting. I want to eat again. We had a very good time there.

My name is Hannele Hummel and I'm 21 years old. I'm from Estonia. My hometown in Estonia is Tallinn. Tallinn is the capital and there lives 300 000 people. Tallinn is very beautiful city, there is very fabolous and historical Old Town. In the centre are many high buildings and also a lot of entertainment places. People in Estonia are very friendly but not as cheerful as in here. In Estonia ise very different clima. In sommer ise there warm but often is rainy. In winter is cold ja snow. I like to live in Estonia but I like to travel in other countries. I'm a lot of travelled in different countries. My favourite countries where Ihave been are Greece, Egypt, Canarian Islands and definitely the United States.

In my freetime I swimm, make aerobics, meet with my friends, go to the cinema. I like the comedys and horror films. In the weekend I go sometimes in clubs and I like dancing very much. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of freetime.
My family is small- I, my mother and father. We get along very well, it's very important for me. They support me always in everything.

In my country I study law in University of Tartu. Next year I will graduate this school and then I get my bachelar's degree. Definitely I want to continue my studies in master.

I from Brazil more specifically of the south in the state called Rio Grande do Sul or RS. There the weather is diferent of the other states because in the winter is very cold and in the summer is very hot. The RS is bordered with Argentina and Uruguay. The city I live called Porto Alegre it's a big city there are 1.3 million of inhabitantes. Porto Alegre is a city of business because there are a lots of companies and a strong economy. Porto Alegre have a harbour where the companies can export their goods. About where I live i think this is the most important things about.

I haven't been studed english a long time I'm studing inglish just for 4 months.

And what i most like to do in my free time is go to the beach at least once a week to surf with the Dolphins and have a fun moments with my friends.

All about J-A-C-K

My name is Hongjoo Yoon and English name is Jack.

MY hometown is Seoul Korea. As you know, Seoul is capital and the biggest city in Korea. About 1billions people live in there. Seoul has so many huge building, and many ancient palaces. In Seoul has a big river. Its name is Han-gang which flow center of Seoul. Han-gang is a stand of Kang-nam and Kang-buk. So I live in Kang-buk. Also, it has public transportation, subway and metro bus. It’s so cheap and very comfortable.

I had studied English about 8years. I had studied 3years in junior-high school, and 3years and in high-school. But that season I study only reading and listening. After 1year, I studied communication English in my freshman on university. It just 1creadit, so it’s not important. After few years, I studied Toeic and Toefl, cause of getting my job. Toefl is so difficult to me. Especially reading and listening parts have so long sentences and complicated structure.

In my free time, I enjoyed watching TV. Especially I like channel ESPN. Because baseball is my favorite sports. I’m Dodgers fan, so my favorite player is Manny. He traded from another team Redsox. Surely he was already best player in MLB. But after trade, his play is better than past team. I hope that Dodgers wins the World Series.

I come from Taipei, Taiwan. It is more convenient than U.C.R. In Taiwan, I buy anything just on foot, but in U.S.A. I need to drive the car. The road in Taiwan is very small than U.S.A, so most people like to ride the motorcycle.

I study English in my junior high school. I have already studied English for 7 years, but I still speak poor English. So that is why I’m here.

I like to watch TV in my free time. Because it easily to get it. I don’t need to use my brain. I like to watch “cartoon”. However, in the U.S.A., I only understand the meaning in cartoon. In the dorm, I watch “sponge Bob” every day. It’s very funny when I live in Taiwan, I still watch it on time.

Hi! My name is Hwang Youn Mi. I want call me "Sophie" I'm from Korea. I came here 10 days ago. I’m strange here yet, but feel so good!!

Do you know Korea? Have you ever visit Korea? Korea food is very famous. KIMCH, BULGOGI, BiBIMBAB, and so on. Somebody said "KIMCH is very spicy!!" but i like that. And Korea has "24 hours custom". That is night like noon. many people stride a road night too, many store open like drinking house or convenience store. so, I can spend a lot of time with my friend, I want buy something anytime.

Korea is strong nation in IT (Information Technology) field. Cellphone, Digital Camera, Computer etc. I want more than stronger Korea.

And I have learned English 9 years ago. When I high school. After than I'm not used English. I think English very difficult. but i don't give up. We are global generation. English is very important of global generation. I want English very well for achieve that I make hard grammar and speaking skill.

And, when I have free time, I will go bookstore. I do look around there my feel comfortable and 'what is best seller this weekend or 'what is a new book? bla bla bla~~~ I think about everything again and again So I like go to bookstore.

Hello!! My name is Nikita Vorontsov. I’m from Russia and I live in Moscow. First of all I would like to tell you about my city.

Moscow is a capital of Russia. Moscow was first mentioned in the records dated back to the year 1147. So Prince Yuri Dolgorukiy founded it more than eight centuries ago. Historians have accepted the year 1147 as the start of Moscow’s history. As for me all the people who have come to Moscow should see the Kremlin and Red Square. The Kremlin is a hart of the Moscow. It is the oldest historical and architectural center. On Red Square we can see a monument to Minin and Pozharsky, St. Basil’s Cathedral which was built in the mid-16tth century in memory of the victory over Kazan. Now Moscow is the capital of Russia, it’s political, economic, cultural and commercial center, one of the largest cities in the world. The population of the city is over 9 million. Moscow is the seat of the Russian Parliament and the center of political life. There are more than 80 museums. The largest are the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts and the State Tretyakov Gallery. The best-known theatre is Bolshoi Theatre. Moscow is a city of students. There ere over 80 higher educational institutions in it.

I’m a student and I study at school in 10th form. I started to learn English 5 years ago. And I think that learning English it’s very important now. So to practice more every summer holidays I go to camps in England to learn this language.

I have many hobbies because there are many interesting things to do. Unfortunately I don't have much spare time as I'm going to be a student. That's why I have to study a lot. I like doing different things: Such as reading detective stories, listening to the music, playing tennis with my classmates. But my favorite hobby is playing basketball. I like this sport very much and my favorite team is LA Lakers and my best player is Kobe Bryant. Of course I like to watch TV. A large time of TV evening’s time is occupied by films and serials, but as for me I like quizzes. A quizzes–program is a question and an answer competition which offers money and other prizes and to the winners. Such programs as “Wonders field”, “Brain ring”, What, Where, When”, “Guess the melody” are me favorite ones, because they are both informative and interesting. But best of all I like the programs of “Travels club”, because it gives me a chance to travel of other the world with out living home. Far away countries and their customs and traditional are come into my living room.

My name is Naho Fujisawa. I'm from Akita which is north in Japan. But I live alone in Chiba because I go to Josai International University. So I have to do everything of my life.
